An administrator can view the subscription details purchased from SCALAR from the Customer Portal module. They can also track the subscription status and view the list of packages and features linked to their product subscriptions.
View subscriptions #
You can view the subscription details and the list of packages and features linked to each package.
In the Customer Portal module > click Subscriptions . The Subscriptions page is displayed.

View organization details #
You can view your organization details, such as owner name, owner email ID, billing entity, and the organization ID.
On the Subscriptions page > click Org. details in the upper right corner. The organization details page is displayed.
View package details #
A subscription contains packages, each linked with features and functionalities. You can purchase a subscription based on your business requirements.
- On the Subscriptions page, in the Package column, click the packages link for the required Subscription. The list of packages and the associated features you have access to are displayed. In this example, the subscription ‘Bus Basic’ includes the General basic package and the Bus Basic package. The features within each package are listed.

Features are listed under each package. Click
to expand and collapse the feature list for a package.
Customize column view #
You can hide or show columns on the Subscriptions page.
On the Subscriptions page > click Columns. To show or hide columns, from the Column display list, select or clear the checkboxes. The subscriptions view is rendered based on the selected columns.

Filter subscriptions #
On the Subscriptions page, you can filter subscriptions to narrow search results based on the subscription status.
- On the Subscriptions page > click Status. The Status pane is displayed.
- In the Status section, select the required option. Records matching the selected criteria are listed.

To clear the applied filter criteria, click Reset.
Search subscription #
You can search for a subscription on the Subscriptions page using the Search feature.
In the Search box, enter the key words. Records matching the search criteria are listed.
- You can search on the basis of subscription name or subscription ID.
- Enter at least three characters to initiate a search operation.
