The Manufacturer reports app is built on and leverages Microsoft Power BI capabilites to generate dashboards and visual data representation in the form of graphs and charts, updated on a real-time basis. The available reports offer OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) insights into various metrics and data points related to their trailers, which enable analysis and decision making.

This section describes the various reports available as separate tabs.
Dashboard overview #
The Dashboard overview page provides a summary of all available reports, such as loading efficiency, trip distance, and segment-wise total number of trips. It can be conceptualized as a snapshot of the entire data set.
Data is aggregated and presented above the visual data representation, for example, the total number of trailers, trips, and loading and unloading events occured.
This image shows the Dashboard view.
Distance histogram #
The Distance histogram charts the total number of occurences that a trailer has covered over a defined distance, also referred to as bin across multiple trips and segments calculated for a given day, week, or month.
The highlighted example below shows 33 occurrences recorded (see tooltip) for the listed trailers that have covered a distance within the bin range of 200–250 kilometers. The maximum occurrences can be observed within the range of 0–50 kilometers.
Hover over a bar or segment to view additional information that appears as a tooltip, as shown in the previous image.
You can filter the records to view data based on frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly), segment (bulk, frigo, general cargo, and others), model, trailer type, trailer, time frame, and bin size—a mechanism for grouping distances traveled for analysis (for example, 0–50 km, 50–100 km, and so on).
Time frame: Drag the slider to select the date range.
In this example, observe the changes in the aggregated values based on the time frame selection.

Distance timeline #
This report charts the total distance travelled by the listed trailers during the selected date range.
Unloading cycles #
This report tracks the number of occurences of unloading on a given day or week. In this example, for the selected trailer, 50 occurences are recorded where two events of unloading took place on a given day during the selected date range.
Loading efficiency #
This report provides an overview of the distance driven without cargo (distance unloaded versus total distance expressed in percentage). In this example, for the bin size of 0–50 kilometers, the unloading efficiency is recorded at 37.44%, the highest across the trip length for all trailers, models, and segments within the selected date range.
Load/Unload time #
This report tracks the time (in minutes) for loading and unloading events. In this example, the number of occurences where the load time is 60 minutes is 60. Loading and unloading events completed within 15 minutes shows the highest number of occurences.
Overloaded trips #
This report charts the cargo loaded and the total distances traveled by trailers across segments, categorized into bins. It tracks instances where the total cargo weight in a trailer exceeds 30 tons. In this example, the 0–50 kilometer range records the highest number of trips with cargo loads surpassing the stipulated weight.
Trips distance #
This report records the axle load at which loading and unloading events occur. In this example, the highest number of trips are observed to unload at an axle load of 10,000 kilograms.
Trips map view #
The Trips map view shows the heat map to indicate activities such as loading and unloading. Zoom in to to view the areas where more occurences of loading and unloading are taking place. Zoom in further to view the exact places where these activites are being executed.
This example shows the segment map. In this example, the highest occurrence of loading and unloading is recorded for general cargo.
Report operations #
You can perform various report operations, such as filter, view the graph in focus mode, and export reports.
Hover the mouse cursor over a chart in the dashboard overview or on the required chart to view the report options:
| Option | Action/Description |
