From the left navigation pane, click Reefer insights . The Reefer insights page is displayed.
View reefer insights #
The Reefer insights page provides a view of all reefers in the fleet and historical information on reefer-related parameters.

Left side pane – Overview #
Within the Reefer insights module, the left side pane provides a quick overview of all available reefers in the fleet and their respective reefer status: On / Off / Unknown.

Total reefers The top section of the left pane displays the total number of reefers and the status (On/Off/Unknown). The bottom section of the left pane visualizes Alarms in different sections enabling users to quickly filter records based on assets and category:

Detail pane #
Click a record in the data grid to view the detail pane on the right. The detail pane displays all available data for the selected asset. Click the different tabs for General Info, Info on Zone 1, Zone 1, Zone 3, and Alarms:

View reefer history #
To access the reefer history, click the History icon in the overview page, or in the upper right corner of an asset’s Detail pane, click View history to consult the available historic reefer data for an asset. The available data is displayed in differect charts.
In the upper right corner, you can show or hide specific charts using the Chart display dropdown menu, and set the period of the available data: Today, Last 2 days or a custom date range.
Use the mouse cursor to hover over the charts and display additional info.

Temperature data is only available for a maximum of 2 days.
Manage temperature alarms #
To access the alarm configuration for an asset, click the Alarm icon in the overview page. The Manage temperature alarms page for that asset is displayed.

You can configure alarms in Return air, Logger, or LIN. Click any of the sections to add an alarm.

Add threshold #
Thresholds #
Click Add threshold to configure an alarm range or setpoint for the selected asset:
- First, select Range or Setpoint using the toggle buttons.
- Next, set the temperature range (Min/Max) or the setpoint.
- Next, set for which temperature zones/sensors the threshold should apply.

You can remove configured thresholds by clicking the Trash icon on the right.
Schedule alarm #
Under Schedule alarm, you can set the time period when the threshold should apply.
- First, select Daily (default) or Custom using the toggle buttons.
- When selecting Daily: If needed (default 24 hours), select Specific time period to set a specific daily time period during which the threshold should apply.
When selecting Custom: a custom schedule must be added by clicking Add schedule.
Here, you can set a custom time period for all days, or only specific days:

Set your preference and select Done at the bottom. The scheduled days are then displayed under Schedule alarm:

After configuring thresholds for the required zones or sensors, the Manage temperature alarms page indicates the active alarm configurations for zones or sensors:

The active alarm configurations will now trigger an alarm as soon as a threshold is exceeded. Triggered alarms will be visible in the Overview page (in the Alerts column), in the detail pane (in the Alarms tab) and in the Alarm center.

Search #
On the Reefer insights page, search an asset by entering the asset name or license plate number in the Search asset name and license plate box.
Enter at least three characters to initiate a search operation.
Filter pane #
To narrow search results, you can filter asset records to view specific records based on the operating mode, fuel level, zone status. On the data grid page, click Filters. The Filters pane is displayed.
Select an operating mode or zone status, or set a fuel level.
The results matching the filter criteria are displayed on the Fleet overview page.
Click Reset all to reset the filter settings.

You can select multiple filters. To clear all the applied filters, click Reset all.
Customize column view #
You can customize the view on the Fleet overview page to display or hide specific columns.
On the Reefer insights page > click Columns, and then select the checkboxes for the column headers from the Column display list. The view on the page is rendered based on the selected columns.

- Grey columns cannot be hidden.
- To clear all the applied filters, click Reset.
