A few more steps must be completed before your first travelers can benefit from your on-demand transportation service.
Register vehicles #
Assets is SCALAR’s generic term for any type of vehicle. Assets can be managed from the Assets page.
In the Admin module > click Assets > click Add asset and follow the flow to set up the asset.
For the time being, an additional step needs to be performed by your customer success to complete the vehicle registration.
Create transportation service #
For the time being, you will need to create and configure your transportation service with your customer success manager. During an online meeting, you will be able to configure the service typology, the service area, the stops, the service hours and the dispatching settings.
Brand and publish the Traveler App #
The SCALAR Traveler App is a white-label application that will be hosted in your Android and Apple stores.

Register drivers #
You can register a driver to the SCALAR platform to provide access to the Driver Application.
This functionality is subject to user rights. Only an administrator can access the Admin module.
In the Admin module > click Drivers > click Add driver and follow the flow to set up the driver.
Once you completed the flow, the driver receives an email to create a password. It also contains a link to download the SCALAR On-demand Driver Application from the Android store.
