The Infringements module helps maintain compliance with regulations on driving and rest periods, as well as tachograph usage, by detecting violations, issuing alerts, storing records, and providing detailed infringement history reports.
From the left navigation pane, click Infringements . The fleet overview page is displayed.
Fleet overview #
After an asset or driver are created in an organization and tachograph data is downloaded, users can view and filter alerts by Infringement type and Driver ranking on the fleet overview page.

The data grid presents records in a tabular form. Click a record in the data grid to view the record’s detail pane on the right.

Left side pane #
Within the Infringements module, the left side pane visualizes infringements in different sections enabling users to quickly filter records based on infringement type and driver.
Click to show/hide the filter pane.
At the top, set the period of the available data: current month, current quarter, current year or custom date range.
Select an option from the dropdown in the upper left corner:

After selecting the time range (week, month, year), the available data is compared to the previous period (if a week/month/year is selected, data is compared to the previous week/month/year).
The percentage increase/decrease is displayed next to the value in green/red indicating an upward or downward trend.

Overview #
Select Overview to display the full overview of all infringements.
Click a section to filter the data grid based on that selection. Click again to remove the filter criterion.
Click in each section to move the section up or down to create your personalized view.

Drivers #
Select Drivers to display the list of available drivers.
Click a driver to filter the data grid based on that selection. Click again to remove the filter criterion.

Types #
Select Types to display the list of available infringement types.
Click an infringement type to filter the data grid based on that selection. Click again to remove the filter criterion.

Only one regulation can be active per organization.

Detail pane #
Click a record in the data grid to view the detail pane on the right. The detail pane provides more information on the type of infringement, driver, vehicle, applicable regulation and start and end time of the infringement.

Click the Similar tab to view any recent similar infringements for the same driver in the same period:

Search an item #
In the data grid page, the drivers list or the infringement types list, you can search for a specific item by entering the name of the driver, the infringement type or the license plate in the Search box. Click the required driver or vehicle record to open the details pane.
Enter at least three characters to initiate a search operation.
Filter pane #
To narrow search results, you can filter driver or vehicle records to view specific alerts based on the driver, type or amount. On the data grid page, click Filters:
The Filters pane is displayed. Select a driver or infringement type from the list, or set an amount.
Click Apply to apply the filter settings. The results matching the filter criteria are displayed on the Fleet overview page.
Click Reset to reset the filter settings.
You can select multiple filters. To clear all the applied filters, click Reset all.
Customize column view #
You can customize the view on the data grid page to display or hide specific columns.
On the data grid page, click Columns in the upper right corner, and select the checkboxes for the column headers from the Column display list. The view on the page is rendered based on the selected columns.

To clear all the applied filters, click Reset.
