Why use MYREPAIRS? #
- Manage your broken devices (no more RMA requests via the Service Desk).
- Easy access to follow up the status of the repairs.
- Detailed explanation of the defect.
- Check and approve the price list and general return conditions.
Repair requests #
In the Customer Portal module, click in the upper right corner. The repair request overview page is displayed.

Create a repair request #
To request help for a repair, create a repair request whenever a hardware defect occurs.
You can do this by clicking New Repair Request in the upper right corner of the Support portal.
The Create repair request form is displayed.

The repair request consists of three parts:
- Repair request:
- Repair items:
- Select address:
Enter the subject and a clear description of the issue.
You can also add your service ticket number by selecting the checkbox, to indicate you have already called Service Desk.
Next, you can add the impacted product(s) that you want to have repaired by entering the serial number of the device (can be found on the device label) and adding the product name.
Click Save to add the product. You can now return to the repair request form by clicking the return arrow in the upper left corner, or you can add additional products to the repair request by clicking Add product in the upper right corner.
In the Select address section, you can select already existing addresses related to the user, or you can add a new address by clicking Add new address.
Finally, click Create to submit the repair request. The repair request is added to the Repair request overview page.
Repair items #
The Repair items section provides an overview of the repair items added in the repair requests.
You can click the RMA reference ID to return to the linked repair request.
Click a record in the overview to display the details of the repair item and its current status in the repair process:

Repair quotes #
In the Repair quotes section, you can review the received repair quotes and approve or reject them.

Approving quotes #
Click a quote in the list to display the details. For pending quotes, you can select Reject or Approve at the bottom. The quote status will be updated in the overview.

In the Repair quotes overview, you can also select the checkbox next to the quote to select one or more items. Next, select Quote approval to approve one or more quotes in one action.

After clicking Quote approval, you can select the desired option in the pop-up:
- Reject – Return (fees): Reject the repair quote and return the item. Shipping fees apply.
- Reject – No return: Reject the repair quote and keep the item.
- Approve: Approve the selected quote(s).

Generate quote document #
After approving a quote, click Generate Quote document to generate a repair file in PDF format. The generated document is displayed in the file list at the bottom. Click View or Download to open the file.
The PDF filled must be filled out, signed and sent back to our repair department via repair.transics@zf.com. After ZF has received the signed offer, the repair process will be initiated.

Search requests #
In each overview page, you can use the search bar to search for your submitted requests, item for repair or repair quote.
Enter at least three characters to initiate a search operation.
